These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PMTutor website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PMTutor provides adaptive practice questions for the PMP and CAPM certification exams, with AI-generated questions, rubric-based grading, and readiness estimates based on Item Response Theory. The Service is a study aid only.

2. No affiliation or guarantee

PMTutor is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI). "PMP", "CAPM", and related marks are the property of their respective owners. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Credits and payments

Access to questions is purchased using credits. Credit packs and their prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.
Credits do not expire.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute questions, explanations, or other content from the Service.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Share your account or use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by PMTutor and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal exam preparation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Questions are generated by AI and may contain errors; we do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, or reflective of any actual examination.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMTutor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
