- Study and usage data — the quizzes you take, your answers, ability (θ) estimates, readiness scores, and progress over time, which power your dashboard.
- Purchase information — records of credit purchases. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data — device, browser, and log information collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service, including generating questions, grading answers, and calculating your readiness.
- To maintain your credit balance and process purchases.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important changes.
- To improve the Service, including the quality of questions and scoring.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of transactions and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card) but not your complete payment credentials.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.
